What is in our guarantee? We stand behind every product that we make. If at any time you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us and we will replace or mend the item for you or issue a gift card on returns made within one year of purchase. We are happy to issue a full refund to the original form of payment on all returns made within 60 days of purchase given that your shirt is in new condition with tags, unless otherwise noted on sale and final sale items.
In order to process your return or exchange you must notify us first. We cannot and will not accept returns for items sent to us without us being notified first.
Free USA Shipping on Orders Over $200
We offer FREE Standard shipping (3-5 Business Days) in the US on orders over $200. This option will be available as soon as your order totals $200 or more. Once your order has shipped, standard shipping will arrive within 3 to 5 days to all continental US destinations. If you would like faster shipping, you will have the option of Expedited or Express at checkout for a fee.
All in stock orders will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days of placing your order, unless otherwise noted on pre-sale items. If you need your order to arrive sooner, just send us an email to [email protected] or give us a call at (415) 787-2330 and we’ll do our best to get it to you.
You will receive an email with tracking number included when your order has left our shop. However, you will not be able to track the package until it is scanned into the system the shipping carrier. This may be the same day or next day, after your order has departed.
Free International Shipping on Orders Over $200
We offer FREE International shipping everywhere in the world on orders over $200. This option will be available as soon as your order totals $200 or more.
For orders under $200 we offer International shipping for $19.95.
Delivery time is typically from 8 to 10 business days and depends greatly on how quickly the package clears customs of the arrival country. We'd like to note the customer is responsible for taxes and duties upon entering the country.

If you do not want to utilize Standard shipping, we have 2 other options based on the total weight of your order. The mail options for you order will be presented at checkout.

No Hassle Returns
We want our customers to love our products as much as we do. We also want you to be able to try out our products with ease. We will pay for returns and exchanges on all orders placed in the United States.
Given that your shirt has been handled with care, we will gladly replace your shirt with one that makes you happy or give you a refund to the original form of payment on your purchase within 60 days of your purchase date. After 60 days we will issue a gift card for the last sale price of the shirt as it was listed on our website. Simply send us an email and we will reply to you with a return label. If you have a moment, please let us know the reason for your return so that we can continue to improve our products and service. Once we receive the returned item in the mail we will process the exchange or refund for you.
Please note: If your return is 60 days after your purchase date you will receive a gift card towards your next purchase for the last sale price of the shirt as it was listed on our website.
Last Call and Final Sale Items
For items that are clearly marked on sale we will offer a digital gift card for the purchase price of your items. For items marked final sale we do not accept returns. If you need help before you order to ensure an item will work for you please email us. We are happy to help.
Free Returns and Exchanges
We offer free returns and exchanges for all orders, unless otherwise noted during sales and in our last call collection. If you would like to return or exchange your order we allow one free return/exchange shipment per order. Shipping both ways is on us, one time per order. If you would like to make additional exchanges or returns for each order you are welcome to do so. We ask you to pay for the return shipping if you have already exchanged or returned once with your order.
Please note: All International customers are responsible for the return shipping to us.
Retail Store Purchases
Our shirts are stocked at several small stores nationwide. Purchases made at retail stores carrying our goods are subject to the return policy of the store it was purchased from.
Any returns or exchanges on wholesale orders are not accepted after 30 days from the date of purchase or placement of purchase order. Should you find any item to be materially defective, the item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent within 15 days after receiving the garment unwashed, unworn and with the original tags affixed. Although we check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment, it is the buyers responsibility to check the product upon arrival to make sure it is free of any defects.
