I recently purchased the Martha Grey Stripe linen shirt and it is beyond perfection. The linen has enough weight to feel substantial, while still being cool for those warm summer days. It looks great over leggings, jeans, you name it. It's sophisticated while still feeling casually cool. I'm such a fan of this and everything Tradlands makes.
The 'Martha Grey Stripe' was my first Tradlands purchase and it exceeded all of my high expectations. It is beautifully made, looks fantastic, and I love wearing it (and I do as often as possible!). Because life keeps getting more interesting, I've already had to put it through the wash a few times and it has only gotten better. So yes: 3 thumbs up, 11/10, and muddy paws approved.
I have a lot of feelings about Tradlands (a lot), but I'll try to keep it short and sweet. The Martha is made from a light linen material that feels wonderful in a warm breeze. I live in a warm, almost tropical climate, and I can still wear the Lake Merced without feeling too hot or stuffy. It fits perfectly. I'm fairly busty but have small shoulders, and that has always made button-downs a problem. I can assure you that the "no boob gap" promise is *real*. I don't know how they do it or why literally no other button-down-maker (?) can't figure it out, but frankly, I don't care. I've found my shirt fit and I'm sticking to it. The fact that it's ethically made here in the USA is all the more reason to fall in love with this company. I already have 6 Tradlands shirts, so I'll try to distribute my feelings across all those reviews so no one gets too mushy or overwhelming. It doesn't even matter what shirt you get. Just get one and it will be the best shirt you've ever owned ever.
