Absolutely adore these pants (please excuse all of the boxes in the background, in the process of moving in). I prefer these over the porch pants because the front band does not appear elastic and I think that makes it look more put-together, especially when going for high-waisted looks (which, I almost always do because I have a very long torso). I also find it more flattering in the butt area than the porch pants. I'm 5'6.5" 155-158lbs, wearing a large, hides my mom pooch (yay!). Personally, I don't understand comments about the bagginess and differences in waist vs leg sizing (including RE porch pants comments) because that is exactly the style that you are buying and what is clearly advertised/explained in the description. I recently purchased this in black as well. Tradlands team: I think this would be stunning in a deep navy color made with tencel (tencel is the best fabric IMO b/c it doesn't wrinkle so easily, drapes beautifully, is very soft, breathable and eco-friendly).
The only pants I want to wear now. The olive color is gorgeous in person!

These are great! They do not run big because that’s the style. The waist band is perfect and the fabric hangs perfectly. I’ll wear these all year round and I know I’ll be buying a second pair!

The XL was slightly too snug to have the desired coziness on my size 16 body- comfortable everywhere except on my lower stomach. The elastic kept rolling when I sat down. As always, another well made piece from tradlands- just too tight on an apron belly.

I am typically a size 16 and busty- I ordered the 1X and it fits in the same slightly oversized look as on the models. I would prefer maybe an inch more depth in the bust- I definitely want to be wearing supportive bra to make sure the empire waist hits firmly below my chest. The quality is excellent and the drawstring is both cute and practical. Live out your romance dreams and get the dress.

I’m a size 12/14 (200lbs) right now but losing weight so I bought a medium after reading some reviews that it ran a little larger. I have other dresses in Large from Tradlands, so I was hoping it wasn’t too tight! It actually fits great with the front ties as a little extra space in the bust, which I need. The width and shoulder area fits perfect and the waist isn’t tight either. I really hope they will bring this style dress back and keep in stock! I would buy multiple colors.

I haven’t worn this clip yet, waiting for fall, but the size is small and perfect for a half up hairstyle which I wear a lot. The little spots on the mushroom are sparkly too!

I love these pants! The elastic waistband in the back makes them extra comfy while still giving a tailored, polished look. I have a pair of the balloon pants too which I also love, but sometimes they slip down on my low back, so I really appreciate the belt loops on these! 10/10!

Absolutely fantastic, cosy colour and beautiful fabric feel. I immediately snuggled it when I opened the package. However, the sizing is…very large. Even following the sizing table, it is easily 2 sizes larger than I normally wear. I bought it on final sale so hopefully I can find a way to make a very oversized fit work. Pay attention to the sizing, but otherwise, gorgeous product I recommend.

Absolutely obsessed. They are so comfortable and have such a nice, beautiful make and fit. I do have to wear thin spandex-y shorts underneath so my thighs don’t chafe, but that’s not a problem for me!

My measurements were in the 3x range and I purchased the 2x and it is oversized perfectly. A great staple piece.

these are very comfortable pants. I like how light the linen is, but it does still feel sturdy. the waistband on these rolls less than the tencel pants. pockets are huge and really practical, i can fit a 32 oz nalgene in them lol. i wish there was less fabric in the front crotch area, but overall i think they’re really nice pants that are great to wear for most occasions- can bend and stretch and move in them well, and they can be dressed up.

I ended up returning them because they fit a little bit larger than I wanted through the leg. The material was heavy and seemed of great quality, but it also seemed like it would attract every type of lint, which doesn’t work when you have a couple of dogs.

Love these pants BUT the elastic waist band always flips and twists. Please fix this. It impacts how put together the outfit looks.

Was so excited to find this on sale, had looked at the size chart carefully to make sure it would fit and I'm swimming in it. It's a beautiful and quality garment but I'll have to get considerable tailoring done to make it a piece I can actually wear out.

I love the weight of these shorts, they’re substantial without being too heavy! The shape is so fun and I’m so excited to wear them into fall with sneakers and sweaters!
I like the weight and fit of these pants and love the pocket design, but am finding that the waistband elastic twists/flips. I wish it didn’t, but it is not annoying enough to return. Have received lots of compliments!

I ordered the black porch pants and I loveeee them. They're casual but you can dress them up as well. Super comfortable and true to size.
Lovely dress. This is my first purchase from Tradlands and I'll be back for more! I got my usual size and it fits great. It's long on me (I'm 5'2") but I don't mind the length. I appreciate the option to tighten it around the waist. I was worried the tie would sit awkwardly high on my frame, but it actually works well. The plaid print will be perfect in fall/winter.

i really love the fabric and the silhouette of these pants. they’re comfy, stylish, and feel well-made/ sturdy. i like an oversized garment, but i ended up w a smaller size than i expected just because the pants are themselves already roomy in the leg/ hip area. i do wish the waistband elastic was secured in some way, since it tends to fold (sitting at my waist) and then twist, which is visually obvious. also i wish there was a tad more stretch, because while i am able to maneuver the pants easily enough over my hips and have the elastic waist still secure/ comfortable on my waist, i could see the sizing being difficult for folks w a different waist to hip ratio. overall though i love a polished looking pant that can be worn professionally even though it’s got a comfy elastic waist! and i love how much room i have to move and stretch in the pants. will be buying more colors.
