Love these pants! I'm wearing a medium and they fit perfectly.
I love the style and shape of these, however, I decided to take them to a tailor to optimize the fit on my short frame. I lowered the waist band and tapered in the legs a bit at the bottom to exaggerate the shape. It would be cool to have a petite/short inseam option in the future! Will definitely be keeping this as a wardrobe staple.
Ordered this in XL, 45" chest and it fits perfectly. The fabric is so nice, the fit is lovely. The boat neck is a bit wide for my shoulders, but I'm totally ok with it because the shirt is otherwise perfect. I have a short torso, so the fit falls perfectly for me. May be more cropped on longer torsos!
These are really nice pants! The poplin is lightweight and comfortable, making them perfect for warmer weather, and the fit is flattering without sacrificing comfort. They’re also surprisingly versatile; they look great with a simple T-shirt for an easy casual outfit, but can just as easily be dressed up with a nicer top. Comfortable, good-looking, and easy to wear. I’m very happy with them!
absolutely love the shape of these pants! my only issue is i have a very short torso so they are more of a drop crotch fit on me, but otherwise they're so sturdy and comfortable at the same time!

I love these pants! They’re my second pair. I do feel like they run just a bit short but the shape is so perfect I don’t even mind.
Loved the colors, material and design but unfortunately, it ran really large. I got a medium but it fit like almost an XL. Unfortunately, I had to return.
I now have 2 pairs of the porch pants in a denim and a canvas material and I love both! the construction of the pants is very comfortable. Because I have a short torso I fold them at the waist for them to sit at ankle length, but I enjoy the shape of the legs so much I don't mind the folding!
I have a black striped pair and a new sepia pair of these pants. I love the fabric and drape of them and the way they fit, but on both pairs the elastic waistband twisted around after just a few wears. Like another reviewer said, I have to re-orient the waistband every time I wear them, but they still twist while I’m wearing them and ruin the look of the waistband. I’m pretty disappointed, because when I bought the new sepia pants the description touted a “new, improved waistband that won’t roll”, and this just isn’t true for me. I’ll still wear these and just hide the waistband under things, but as cute and comfortable as they are, I don’t think I’ll buy another pair. :/
I have the porch pants in the black linen and love them - I was excited to try the denim with the recent restock. I ended up ordering a size down from my other pair to make the fit more snug around my waist and I couldn't be happier with the fit!
This dress is beautiful and the fabric is robust but flowy. My only note is that the bust runs a bit smaller than other Tradlands dresses in the same size and the neckline comes up quite high. I want to layer tops under the dress and I can, but they have to be quite thin. Overall high quality and lovely.
I was so excited to see this dress in the same gorgeous fabric used in the Bertille house dress. This dress fits like the Nico dresses do and I was happy to find this one is just a little bit longer than some of the other shorter dresses that Tradlands designs (just a personal preference.) This dress is elevated but so wearable. Love it.
I’m waiting for an exchange as even though I ordered according to my measurements it was about 4 in too large in the chest and the straps were dropping off my shoulders. The fabric is also thinner than expected for the price. I did choose to exchange versus return. Hoping the new ones arrive soon.
Love these pants! The material is really nice (softer and more drapey than linen), love the color and the stripes. I’m 5’3” 135-140lbs and they fit well. I usually wear a size 28 or 29. Buy them!

An incredible pant! For someone who has problems finding high quality denim that fits, the Stoop pant checked all of the boxes! Definitely going to be buying more colors in this style. I'm super impressed!
I ordered the large after reading a review in which the customer ordered large to avoid having the neckline rub against their throat. The large is a bit too big for me, and I think I could have gone with the medium. Otherwise, it's perfect! Light, well-made, and comfortable. For reference, I vary between medium and large in sizing due to my bust size (~40in) not matching my hips (also ~40in) in most sizing guides.
I have purchased quite a few sweaters from Tradlands, because they hold up nicely and they are very comfy to wear. I can definitely say that it meets my expectations. Plus, the chocolate brown color is perfect for Fall! The only qualm that I have is that the neck is a bit more snug than my previous sweaters in this style, so I hope it will loosen up a bit after some use.

I’ve bought previous linen Nico dresses and absolutely loved them. This dress is not linen (my bad, should have read the description); fabric is not breathable. It was very small up top in the bust and sleeves.
Went with my usual size in most brands, and it fits perfectly. The fabric has a nice weight, it drapes nicely, and I was pleasantly surprised by how the hem naturally sits at the waist (I was concerned about this being too long or too cropped, but I was wrong). I would buy again!

I love this top! It has a slightly oversized fit but is also slightly cropped and the fabric is a medium weight, giving the tee a cozy boxy fit. I immediately ordered another color!

This denim one runs larger than the black one in this style it was way too big and bulky in comparison but I don't have time to bother to return and will keep for lounging in.

Cozy, breathable sweater! I love it because it works perfectly on these late summer / early fall days to keep me warm but not too warm. I think it will be a great layering piece in the winter too :)

The blue plaid fabric is see through. It should be advertised as gauze and isn’t appropriate for a fall-weight dress
Love these pants! Originally bought in a 2X (my typical size) but ended up sizing down to a 1X. The waist is a little snug, but I found that the pant legs fit much better. I started with a pair in denim and liked them so much I decided to get a pair in black to wear in the office! I would love to see these in other colors too!

The Indigo Plaid style isn't lined, and the fabric is reallyyy thin. It's pretty sheer, to the point where I wasn't comfortable wearing it, and I didn't think it was worth putting a lining in. Everything else about the dress is great!

Fabric, color, waist and inseam were all on the mark but the overall shape of these in 1X is very odd. The crotch is so low that the pants bunch strangely when walking and the overall feeling is very stiff. Even when pulled up past my natural waist the pants do not move with me naturally (and I am tall!). I wonder if there were issues grading this pattern for plus sizes? The placement of the crotch looks to be in a more comfortable spot in the smaller sizes. Makes me hesitate to try other styles even though extended sizes are in general so hard to find.
I like the look of the pants, especially in the front and the wide leg, but I found the waist runs small. The elastic might loosen some with time, but I didn't want to be tugging at it the all the time. I expected the waistband to be reinforced (eg with interfacing) to be a little more substantial, as would be the case with proper slacks - but it is not. Overall they were not quite what I was looking for.
Really loved the color and the shape of the pants, but since wearing them I’ve noticed that the elastic waistband shifts in the channel and will fold in on itself. For pants as expensive as these I would expect more thoughtful construction.
Why isn’t the inseam listed anywhere in the product descriptions?
Super disappointed with the Chalet flutter sleeve dress in blue plaid. Feels and looks like synthetic fabric. Website description says 55% linen 45% cotton, the tag says 100% cotton. I am a longtime customer and have several Tradlands dresses. Really disappointed with this one. And I have to pay to return to return it.

Fabric is advertised as 55% linen 45% cotton but it is 100% cotton according to the label. It is also extremely thin, totally sheer in the light and not suitable for fall weather.
