- All sales are FINAL. No returns, exchanges, credits, or replacements will be issued for sample sale orders.
- We will not hold orders or reserve products. Due to the platform we use you are not able to hold items in your cart. Any items in your cart can be purchased by other shoppers. (Our advice: grab it while it’s there!)
- All sample sale grab bags are first come, first serve. Each listing is one-of-a-kind and organized by size.
- Single Sample Sale items are new.
- Grab bag items are either samples or retired styles and fabrics. Items are perfect or close to perfect.
- Orders may be split-shipped based on the order contents.
- Grab bags are usually gone within minutes, so make sure to sign up for SMS to be first in line when the Sample Sale kicks off.
- The sample sale ends when all products sell out or on Sunday, February 23rd at 11:59pm PST if we still have inventory. No exceptions.
